Ongoing website care — £19.99/month

The required ongoing service covers website hosting, SSL/security, technical maintenance, website analytics and minor content updates. Minor updates include small changes to existing text, contact details, opening hours or supplied images. They do not mean unlimited development, new features or unlimited revisions.

Analytics cover measurable website activity. Sales and booking reporting depend on the tools in use and what can actually be tracked.

What happens after you order?

1. Order securely through Northfield Digital's Shopify checkout.
2. Tell us about your business or confirm the information we need.
3. We research your business and build or customise your website.
4. You review the site and request reasonable changes.
5. We connect your domain and the relevant business tools.
6. Once the details are confirmed and you approve the site, we launch it.
7. Northfield hosts, maintains and measures your website through the required £19.99/month service.

What information will I need to provide?

Your business name, services, service area or public business address, opening hours, contact details and preferred domain. Share any logo, photos you have permission to use, social profiles and existing booking link. We will confirm business facts with you and arrange any required account access securely. Please do not send passwords by email.

Is my domain included?

First-year .co.uk domain included, subject to availability. We confirm the domain with you before registration. Domain renewal after the first year is not included in the first-year offer; renewal arrangements and any cost will be confirmed with you before renewal.

Can you connect my existing booking system?

Where your provider supports it, we can connect a booking link or supported embed. For example, a valid Fresha booking link can be used for a Book now button. We check compatibility with your existing account before promising an integration. Your booking provider's own fees remain separate; this is not a new booking system.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Reasonable design and content changes before launch are included. The monthly service includes minor updates to existing content. Larger additions or custom functionality need a separately agreed scope.

How long does the process take?

We confirm the expected schedule after reviewing your business information and requirements. Timing depends on the agreed scope, feedback and any domain or third-party access needed. No fixed turnaround is guaranteed for website builds.

Your existing preview becomes our starting point. We confirm the information with you, customise it and complete the same review and launch process.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on eligibility and the store's payment settings. The setup payment is one-off. We arrange the required £19.99/month Shopify subscription during onboarding, before launch. You will see the billing start date and renewal terms before subscribing.
